Mr.Taylor Spencer is a Red/Black belt and is currently training Karate and Gracie Humaita Jiu Jitsu and awaiting for his black belt ceremony in May 2024 in Shotokan-Kempo Karate. Mr.Spencer is a loving Husband and Father to 3, 2 boys and 1 girl. He found his passion for Karate at a very young age but was unable to follow his passion at that time.  As time changed, he reintroduced himself into the Martial Arts world and realized his love for Martial arts had never gone away. 

Mr. Spencer regained his passion in 2018, when he trained for Shotokan Karate Do and Kickboxing under Renshi Mike Ferdosi 6th Dan Headmaster, aka Shihan “'Master Instructor” of Canam Karate Newmarket. Mike was an amazing person and made Taylor feel apart of his karate family. This made Taylor want to offer that same Karate family feeling, to others.

Mr.Spencer Loves spending time with his children and  since moving into the Midland Area, tried to find karate for his children. Unfortunately, this was a limited search. This then sparked Mr. Spencer to do what he needed to do. Open a dojo to offer Karate to all children in the area. His children are currently both brown belts and both train in Gracie Humaita Jiu Jitsu with their Dad. There relationship has become much closer and stronger due to the many bonds martial arts helps to build between them.

Mr. Spencer’s love for Karate is never ending, he continues to pursue it, trains hard everyday and loves teaching Karate and Jiu Jitsu to his children. He has attended many seminar which includes, Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and has taught self defense seminars for local charities, elderly, with Breaking Down Barriers in Collingwood, Ontario. Mr. Spencer is also First Aid and CPR/AED Level C Certified.

We believe Martial arts should be available to everyone, this is why Mr. Spencer wants to teach children not just Karate and Martial Arts, but teach them to have fun and be respectful also! His fun and compassionate nature is what draws people of all ages to want to train with him.  We are not like any other Dojo, We are a Karate Family!!! Come make everlasting memories with us today!!!
